We had breakfast at 7 o’clock. I ate a hard-boiled egg, a toast with peanut butter, a quarter of a spongy apple, and two bowls of frosted-flakes. Then we drove to Kamloops and went to the Wal-mart there. It didn’t have any hot foods there, so we left quickly after purchasing Advil. Then we drove to Save on Foods, and my parents had a fight in the shopping mall. We bought a roasted chicken, a cabbage, a bag of cherries, and a potato with egg salad. Then Dad registered a card, so we got discount. Then we drove to Clearwater and went to our hotel, Clearwater Lodge, three hours later. The man at the desk has really pale eyes.
There are two sofas and two beds and two desks in our room, 126. There is a kitchenette with a microwave and a refrigerator in it. There is also a small bathroom (larger than yesterday’s). There is a backdoor that leads to a lawn. There is also an indoor pool with a sauna. The All-Wicked-Evil-Sinful-Obnoxious-Malicious- Excruciating (AWESOME) Dad went swimming alone.
The weather here is very warm, so I changed into shorts. Then we drove to Spahats Falls, and hiked through the closely packed forest. The temperature was slightly lower in the woods, but there were many bugs and mosquitoes. The waterfall was a murky green, which surprisingly fit pretty well with the moss-covered cliffs. The sign there said that the cliffs were rivers and rivers of frozen volcano rock.
